GUIDELINES We take pride in our fleet of vehicles and maintaining their pristine condition for each customer. In order to maintain our reputation of offering clean, luxurious, great-priced rides - we have a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy on the following: 🔹 Absolutely NO SMOKING in any of our vehicles. This includes cigarettes, vape pens, or any other smoking device. 🔹 NO PETS allowed in our vehicles. In the event you return a vehicle and we notice our NO PETS and NO SMOKING policies were dis-regarded: you will incur a post-trip charge per Turo’s policies which can be viewed here: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990780-Fees-fines . 🔹 PLEASE Re-fuel our vehicles with PREMIUM GAS (93 Octane in TX). Please provide ALL FUEL RECEIPTS upon the return of the vehicle. If gas other than 93 is placed in car it will cause damage. With Turo's new contactless handoffs the following items are mandatory before picking up the car: 1.Please upload a photo of your driver's license to trip photos. 2.Please upload a photo of yourself holding your license  You can upload these photos by going to your reservation page scrolling down and where it says "add photos" tap there to upload.

Guidelines

Do Not Eat in vehicle. Please clear the vehicle of all personal belongings and trash. RULES 1.) Smoking of any kind inside vehicle will be subject to a fine of up to $250 (This includes any residue left behind like smell or stains). 2.) Extending rentals will only be allowed if you request through the app and the rental is available on the calendar (This is the renter’s responsibility to find out and know). If your rental ends and you did not extend through the app, all applicable late fees and mileage overages will be applied. 3.) All photos are time stamped. Please take as many photos as you can if you feel the car is messed up. We are not here to be misleading or provide false information after you checkout. 4.) Delivery is based on booking lengths and times. (This is an extra that can be added to trip prior to booking confirmation). (Unless approved by host)Anything less is $85 and includes drop off and pick up. 5.) Pickup and Drop Off Times - Out of service between the hours of 12am-6:59am (If you need a check-in or drop off during this time a fee of up to $75 will be applied and a text message through the Turo app will be needed). 6.) Check-in Policy Arrival - Open Turo App. Select “Get Started.” Take Photos as requested (Note: You can take several photos). Take note of the odometer and fuel level by taking a photo and providing information in the app through the check-in process(Verbal disclosure is not official). ID - We use the trunk as the “counter” so please set ID on the trunk and stand on the passenger side of the vehicle for verification of ID). Keys will be set next to ID on the trunk after ID verification. This policy is subject to change if check-in is at the airport. 7.) Returning Vehicle - Unless a request to change trip is issued through Turo app, the rental is not considered extended and must be returned on the original return date. If you know or think you might be late, extend the rental in Turo app 3 hours prior to original time to when you will be able to return the vehicle. Any rentals not extended through the app will acquire late fees. Take as many photos as you need. Shut the vehicle off and place the key on the trunk. 8.) Stains on seats will result in a fine of up to $150. Cost of cleaning supplies and labor. 9.) Drop Off - Please take photos and upload them for checkout. Your photos will be used for any claim issues. 10.) Damages of any kind are to be disclosed to host immediately; including accidents, large scratches and dents, break-ins etc. Subject to a fine of up to $250 if larger than size of a quarter. 11.) Scrape marks on rims or tires by parking too close to curbs or walls will be subject to a fine of up to $250. Cost of replacement and labor. 12.) Any evidence of criminal activity left in the vehicle will be reported to authorities and dealt with accordingly. Renter (you) will pay for the cost of any fines, any tow fees, and time labor. Subject to a fine of up to $500 or total cost for any fines, whichever is greater. 13.) Upon check-in of this rental, the renter (you) takes full responsibility for any theft and damage resulting in theft. 14.) Upon check-in of this rental, the renter (you) agrees the renter (you) have their own insurance plan in addition to Turo and Host. 15.) Upon check-in of this rental, the renter (you) agrees that the vehicle is in good working condition. 16.) Upon check-in of this rental, the renter (you) agrees to not sue Turo or the Host for “At-Fault” accidents. 17.) Upon check-in of this rental, the renter (you) agrees that you are aware of the mileage allowed per day (or total miles allowed for the trip), and must return the gas tank full. 18.) Upon check-in of this rental, the renter (you) agree to pay all ticket fines and tow fines. 19.) Upon check-in of this rental, the renter (you) agree to take great care of this vehicle and treat it well. 20.) Upon check-in of this rental, the renter (you) agree that you will cancel through the Turo App if you need to cancel the trip. Text messages through Turo App do not count as cancellations. 21.) Upon check-in of this rental, the renter (you) agrees to everything stated in this disclosure. Improper return fee: Turo may charge you a $50* improper return fee if you fail to respond to requests to return a vehicle, abandon a vehicle, force a trip cancellation, or for other reasons we determine. air-tagged vehicle • Additional distance fee: If you exceed the mileage included in your trip, your host can charge you an additional distance fee for each added mile/kilometre driven. If a vehicle is delivered to a facility that requires you to pay a fee(s) to enter or exit The renter will be responsible for the fee(s). NOTE: PLEASE BE AWARE RENTAL START AND END TIMES ARE EXACT. YOUR INSURANCE IS NOT ACTIVE UNTIL THE RENTAL STARTS, AND ENDS THE MOMENT YOU RETURN THE VEHICLE. Car MUST be ran through a car wash and MUST be vacuumed upon return. Even if just slightly dirty on the outside if the car is returned unwashed and the prepaid cleaning fee was waived, then you will be charged $50 through Turo. SPECIAL NOTES: - This car takes PREMIUM GAS (93) - This is a NON SMOKING car. Please DO NOT smoke ANYTHING in this car. You will incur a $250 charge to get the interior detailed if this rule is violated and residual smells are present The car equipped with non-removable NTTA toll sticker. So you can use it and I will send you a receipt when your trip ends.
