FAQs
What if I cannot pickup the car at any of the locations included? Can you deliver to a specified location nearby?
Yes, I will work with you on a preferred address if that is more convenient. You will need to select delivery to preferred location within 15 miles of the vehicle home location in Frisco, TX.
What rating gasoline does this vehicle require?
I request that you only fill up with 93 octane fuel for this vehicle. Please place all of the receipts in the center console from each fillup. Thank you!
How will the Highway for Texas Tolls be charged? Is it unlimited?
It is up to you on how many miles you wish to drive on the Tollways. The vehicle has a Texas Toll Tag and all of the charges during your trip duration will be charged to you on Turo after the trip. This will usually be done within a week after your trip ends.
If I'm flying in to Dallas, why do you recommend choosing a delivery location/airport over the address the car is located at?
The vehicle is in Frisco, which is approximately 30 miles from the airport. Through Uber or Lyft, as they will need to go on Tolls as well, this can be upwards of $50 one way. Adding in the drop-off and pick-up fee will let you be more flexible with your trip!
