car was alright but did have a maintenance light on and the key was stuck in the fob so we had to pry it out and remember not to close it. the poor rating is for the lack of communication. he just sends obvious copied and paste messages about reaching out if we need anything but then hardly responded to my actual messages. got no response or comment when i told him i’m the key was getting stuck. he said he would reimburse for the parking ticket but never did. got no response when i asked him how to check out (turo the host would meet to exchange keys). book if you want a cheap rental but hope that you don’t need anything from the host
