Guidelines

Smoking, Vaping or use of any tobacco product is strictly prohibited. Vehicles are expected to be returned relatively clean and with the same amount of gas as when they were picked up to avoid additional charges. Typically, we deliver all of our cars to our guests with a full tank of gas. Cleaning and re-fueling services are available at an additional cost. Toll charges, traffic citations and/or any jurisdictional or governmental fees are the responsibly of the guest and will be charged to our guests through the TURO app. See Turo guidelines for more information on guest policies and restrictions.


FAQs

  • Can I drop off a vehicle late? What happens if I can't return the vehicle by the end of the reservation?

    Late returns are not acceptable, however, in most cases you can extend your trip within the TURO App if you are running late. If you are delayed to pick up a vehicle from us, that's usually not a problem if you let us know in advance that you're running behind. PICKING UP LATE DOES NOT EXTEND YOUR RETURN TIME. The car is due back no later than the deadline listed on TURO for the following reasons: * The insurance you signed up for is only good for the reserved period of time. If you're running behind, please modify the trip through Turo to avoid late fees and keep your insurance intact. This is to protect you from being directly responsible for damages and insurance coverage. * The vehicle you are renting may be booked in advance by another guest. Reservations are scheduled so that we have time to properly clean the vehicle or address concerns before the next guest arrives to pick it up. A whole host of problems can occur on our end when vehicles are returned late. Please be considerate to our other guests and modify your trip through TURO the moment you know you will be late returning a vehicle.

  • Can I return a vehicle after hours?

    Yes!...Our posted hours only apply to pickup times. You can plan to return any of our vehicles after hours and work with our co-hosts to modify trip durations through TURO. We will strive to accommodate your schedule and arrange drop off times that work for you.

  • Can I add additional drivers to my reservation?

    Yes, additional drivers must be approved through TURO. Additional drivers CAN NOT pickup or return a vehicle. Only the primary driver on the reservation can pick up or return a vehicle. Details regarding this are available through TURO. We unfortunately can not make exceptions to this rule so please plan accordingly when scheduling vehicle pick up and drop off.

After giving APEX another try, it was successful. Easy pick up/drop off. Although when I picked up the car, it did smell like the previous renter had smoked inside the car and was a bit dirty, but that did not stop us from having a good trip with the car. It was very gas efficient, ran smoothly, & comfortable. The ambient lighting was a nice touch. 10/10 would rent again!
