For Airport delivery, please note , SFO/OAK/SJC doesn’t allow Turo curbside delivery or else we will be fined so this is NOT curbside delivery. Car will be ready at a parking lot 5min away from the airport, with free shuttle access === This car has toll pass, you can use any toll lane /bridge without penalty. To avoid paying twice for tolls, DO NOT prepay online when passing through a toll plaza with electronically tolled lanes, instead, I will request for toll reimbursement when I received the toll statement. ==== I clean up and sanitize every car for every trip. They're expected to be returned in the same condition as they were picked up. If the car is significantly more dirty than it was on check out, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Smoking and Pets are strictly prohibited in all vehicles and you will be fined through Turo if the policies are violated. === Blue, 4-door sedan Regularly checked by Mazda dealership and all routine maintenance checks are met. I rented this car for a few days and I had no issues. The pick up and drop off was no contact and it was very easy. Communication was great 👍🏾

Car had a taillight out the night I picked it up as I was taking pictures of the vehicle. Let “Populus” know of the situation as I’ll be driving my kids, which will be at night also. Don’t want to risk getting pulled over as it’s also a safety issue. Populus refused to do anything about it. Also told me it was working before I got it in my possession and it was just my “bad luck.” Never had this type of experience before on Turo and I’ve been on Turo for years with only 5* ratings. Look elsewhere because if a problem arises, they will do nothing to fix it.
