To prevent the spread of germs during this flu season every car is cleaned thoroughly with anti-bacterial before and after each trip. Cars will also be inspected before every trip to ensure in good running condition. ** PICK UP AND DROP OFF HOUR BETWEEN 10AM-8PM ** TOLLS: Road fees or TOLLS are not included in the advertised rate. ** PLEASE PICK UP AND DROP OFF THE CAR ON TIME. Faqs
Is smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
Does gas need to be filled?
Car will usually come with a full tank of Premium 91 gas. We use Premium 91 gas on all of our fleet. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee. Costco premium gas is acceptable. There is a Shell/Costco 1-2 minutes away from our pick up and drop off location.
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. Will car come activated with toll pass?
Car is NOT registered with the toll pass.
What if emergency happened?
Please call 911 if emergency. For non-emergency or semi-emergency, please contact Turo support @support.turo.com or message me via turo message. Please allow 1-2 hours response time.
Pet friendly?

Mechanical issue with little to no communication within a timely manner

Guest drove the car at unbelievable high speed, Max speed 150+, pushing the vehicle to its limit and caused mechanical failure. Kept in touch with guest until late night and not be able to response after 12am.

Wow this trip was awesome! This Maserati is one of a kind on Turo that puts a smile on your face every time you accelerate. Hangfai upkeeps his vehicles very well and is very flexible with the mileage and rates. Will definitely rent again.. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hangfai was really easy to work with and he has AMAZING cars! Pickup and drop off were extremely easy. Contactless pick and drop off by the way. The cars are super clean and maintained. Will definitely recommend and will rent from him again.
