To prevent the spread of germs during this flu season every car is cleaned thoroughly with anti-bacterial before and after each trip. Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. Is smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
Will car come activated with toll pass?
Cars is NOT registered with the toll pass. If you need to cross bridge or use the FasTrak lane, please bring your Toll device/Toll tag with you and place it on the dashboard of the vehicle you rent. Thank you.
Pet friendly?
Pets welcome, but please return the car clean and remove all pet's hair or smell. If car returned with pet's hair or smell. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
What if emergency happened?
Please call 911 if emergency. For non-emergency or semi-emergency, please contact Turo support @support.turo.com or message me via turo message. Please allow 1-2 hours response time.
Does gas need to be filled?
Car will usually come with a full tank of Premium 91 gas. We use Premium 91 gas on all of our fleet. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee. Costco premium gas is acceptable. There is a Shell/Costco 1-2 minutes away from our pick up and drop off location.
