Thank you for booking my Tesla Model 3. I will give you clear instructions on how to work my Model 3. We offer contactless pick up and drop off services for our Model 3. Based on your return you may park the vehicle in the same parking area where you received it. Just notify me when you parked it, and text me to lock it. We will collect our vehicle the same day.

We ask that you treat this vehicle as it is your own. When it comes to vehicle extension please apply your extension date via Turo. If the date of extension is available we will extend you with no hassle. Please do not travel outside of Tennessee unless approved prior to booking. This vehicle is 100% non-smoking including vapes, e-cigarettes, or incense. Please do not spray any strong fragrance smells inside the vehicle while renting. This will result in a cleaning fee based on return. We ask that you follow all traffic laws while driving this vehicle. Any tickets, traffic infractions, and citations will be billed to the renter via turo. The renter is also responsible for any fees, penalties, towing charges, impound costs and any other monies that are associated with the vehicle during the rental. The driver listed on the reservation is the primary driver. Never leave the vehicle unattended with the key card inside or unattended while running. Return the vehicle within the mileage limitations. Extra miles will be charged at the rate shown on your reservation. In the unlikely event of a breakdown or an accident, please call Turo roadside assistance, and then send us a message on the Turo app. The vehicle registration & insurance information are in the glove box. You'll receive this car cleaned inside/out and with up to 90% charge. Please return car with at least 90% battery life unless you’ve pre-paid for EV charge and cleaned. Touch-less car washes ONLY. For Supercharging: We have an account with Tesla. All supercharging bills will be added to your rental after you return it. For renters that travel less than 75 miles and do not have time to charge before return. We will add a $20 Easy charge fee at the completion of your rental. Any returns that travel over 75 miles and don’t return on 90% charge will have a $75 recharge fee. With Turo’s new contactless handoffs the following items are mandatory before picking up the car: 1. Please upload a photo of your drivers license to trip photos or via text 2. Please upload a photo of yourself holding your license An adaptor for charging will be provided as well as the wall outlet charging cord. Keep in mind if you charge overnight with the wall out let you will only get about 40 miles of range. Fines & Fees Smoking/Strong Fragrance - $500 Excessive dirt/stains (including sand, gravel, mud, ink, gum, or food spills) - $100 Late Return - Additional Day Charge Pet Hair Removal - $200 Travel out of State w/out approval - $250 Lost/Misplace Key Card - $45 Airport Deliveries The vehicle will be staged in parking garage Terminal 1 or 2 based on where parking is available. Once picked up please take the parking ticket and exit the gate. This charge can be up to $26 on the exit fee. This charge is for delivering and staging your vehicle in the parking terminal. Upon return please place the parking ticket back in the car for my company to retrieve the tesla.

• How many drivers are allowed?

  Only the primary renter is the only driver allowed.

• How flexible are you with mileage?

  The mileage charge is strict. The driver will be allowed 200 miles per day for short term rentals.

• How does the Tesla supercharge work?

  If you use a Tesla Supercharger, after your rental the charges for the Tesla supercharger will be added on the back in.l if you use during your rental period.

• What if I don’t have time to charge before I return?

  Charging can be time consuming. I would recommend adding the pre-pay EV charge to your rental to relieve you from charging before you return our Tesla. If it comes back less than where you received it, and you didn’t pre-pay for EV charge. The price can almost triple from what the advance charge price is.
