Description

Enjoy a fast and silent driving experience with my 2019 Tesla Model 3. YOU MUST PURCHASE TURO INSURANCE OR SHOW SIGNED DOCUMENTATION FROM YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER THAT YOUR POLICY COVERS TURO CAR SHARING, this is my requirement and you must verify you purchased at least basic coverage with a 2,500 deductible on the other vehicle and 2,500 deductible on my car. Use of my Tesla for long distance driving IS NOT ALLOWED. You must tell me where you plan on driving to when you reserve. If you have never driven a Tesla before, please watch a video tutorial to speed up your pick up process. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0GXmqMdY1Ts Safely experience a 0-60 in 3.2 - 5.6 seconds. My vehicle has GPS tracking to locate the vehicle in the case that a renter does not return. Use Bluetooth to play your favorite tunes and answer calls safely. If you have never driven an electric vehicle, charging can seem challenging. Yet no need to worry due to the extensive supercharging network across the Bay Area. Get a full charge (220 miles) in 30 minutes to an hour for no more than $20 per full charge. Simply press on the lightning bolt with a circle around it in the right hand corner on the screen and click on the nearest red pin (superchargers.) Once you arrive, reverse into an available charging station, open the charge port from the left side of the screen (lightning bolt next to the car animation) and plug in the cable on the driver side rear of the car. Unplug the charging cable once your charge is complete to avoid hefty idle fees and you're all set to cruise along the beach or drive around the city. !!!!Pre-Booking/Pick Up Checklist!!!! Please read all of the information below before booking. 1. Purchase of Turo insurance is required. Turo covers up to $1M liability on “other car” with a $2,500 deductible for “Basic/Standard”. Coverage for my car has a deductible of $2,500. ⁃ Geico or other third party insurance, if applicable, is not acceptable unless you provide signed proof from your insurance company. 2. Send your driver’s license and selfie next to car during pick up since it will be a remote pickup. 3. Let us know where you are driving to, within metropolitan Bay Area or outside. 4.Take a photo of the current milage at the time of pick up and add it to the trip photos. 5. Take 10 photos around the car recording any prior damage. 6. Do the Turo check in process in the app. After inspecting the car, message in Turo messaging board “I accept the vehicle in its current condition” 7. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. Turo and our policy, you will be removed from Turo’s platform and charged $250 if smoking occurs. 8. You must unplug the car immediately when the charge is complete or you will be charged $300 in idle fees 9. You must never let the battery get below 35 miles of charge. If the battery dies, you incur a towing fee. 10. The car does not have a fastrak toll pass. Do not drive in fastrak lanes on highways or freeways. You must let us know when you cross a bridge toll (fastrak all lanes) to minimize your toll charge. You must let us know if you'll be traveling outside of the Bay Area so we can help you plan out your charging.
