Violations may result in additional fees. ❌ NO Smoking – $250 Fee Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, vapes, or marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. If smoke odor is detected, a $250 fee will be charged to cover the cost of professional cleaning, and the vehicle will be blocked off for a full day for odor removal. ❌ NO Pets (Unless Approved in Advance) Pets are not allowed inside the vehicle unless given prior approval. Any pet hair, stains, or damage will result in additional cleaning or repair fees. ❌ NO Racing, Reckless Driving, or Burnouts All vehicles are equipped with real-time GPS tracking. Any reckless driving, excessive speeding, off-roading, or track use will result in penalties and potential reporting to Turo. ❌ NO Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs Do not modify, tamper with, or attempt to repair the vehicle. If you experience any issues, contact Turo or the host immediately. ❌ Return the Car with a Full Tank of Gas Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had at pickup (typically full). If the car is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will apply. ❌ Keep the Vehicle Clean Please return the car in the same condition it was received. Excessive dirt, stains, or spills may result in a cleaning fee. ❌ Report Any Damage Immediately If the vehicle is damaged during your rental, report it immediately to avoid additional penalties.
