The car was stained and not very clean, the Apple CarPlay did not work whatsoever, and the speakers are blown out on half of the car. Overall, it was a good experience with the business owner. However, I just wish that the car was a little cleaner and in better working order.

Picking up the vehicle was a little challenging, license plates didn't match, similar vehicle next to it with an almost matching plate. Vehicle was clean but had clearly sustained damage in the past. Maintenance Due / See Dealer message light on the dash. For what it was the vehicle worked fine and accomplished the goal of transportation for my wife while I was working. I'm in town working 12-14 hour days, 7 days a week, I realized I wouldn't be able to return the vehicle at the originally schedule time. It was very easy to extend the trip a few hours to accommodate my return time. Overall a decent experience and I would rent from island rides in the future.

Island trips were able to accommodate my needs on a last minute car once we flew in from the airport. The process was super easy from pick up to drop off. All instructions were clear and they have affordable prices. I Highly recommend them for your rental. Thank you again!!
