Disappointed in my first Turo experience. Car was delivered with undisclosed damage both inside and outside. Was dirty and smelly with safety issues such as bald tires and missing visor. No spare tire was available in car even through the host knew about the heightened potential for flat tires due to post-hurricane road conditions. Trip was ruined due to lack of ability to safely drive the car as much as was planned.

Please read our review for this person to understand this rating. Was so angry she was responsible for tire damage. Do you understand this car does not come with a spare tire from the dealership, right? Again, one more time. THIS CAR DOES NOT COME WITH A SPARE TIRE FROM THE DEALERSHIP. That is why Turo has free roadside. Condition of the tiny three dents is in the listing, did you read it? Also photos of the dents. Obviously not. Avoid this customer at all costs.
