When I picked the car up I was disappointed In the appearance for the price. When I expressed that, the reply I received was less than helpful. Customer service with Island Rides could be improved. I doubt if I use them again!

The pics were deceiving compared to what the car actually looked like ! Scratches on both sides of the car and the trunk and bumper area on the back. The emblem fell off when I shut the trunk and looked like it has done that before. No communication when I sent them a message and pics about the scratches and the emblem falling off and nothing in return!! And the text you get about smoking and weed is crazy . I’ve used Turo a lot and never received messages like that . 70/80 thousand dollar vehicles and never once received messages like these . But received messages like that with a 8 year old car . SMH
