Clean Car - We always provide our renters with clean vehicles so please return the car as it was when you picked it up. If car is excessively dirty, a $150 fee may be charged. Turo’s Cleaning Policy Violation reads as “If you return the car in a condition that could have only resulted from irresponsible or abusive behavior, we may charge you a violation fee of $150* plus an additional 3% processing fee.” NO SMOKING - If there is a smoke/cigarette smell or traces of ash found in the car, a $150 no smoking policy violation fee will be charged to your account. PETS - We will accept pets carried in a crate or blanket. Any hair inside the car will trigger a pet hair/odor removal fee of $150. Turo’s Pet police violation reads as “If you return a vehicle with an excessive amount of pet hair or if you transport a pet without permission in a vehicle not labeled as “pet friendly,” your host can charge you a pet cleaning fee of $150*. Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we had no control over the previous renter before you who smoked in the car. This was communicated to you but you didn’t want to go through the hassle of switching vehicles. Additionally, during drop off, we had to Uber to meet you to the airport and we had an Uber cancel twice. You were instructed to leave the car parked at the terminal parking and you chose to wait for us. I’m sorry that you felt inconvenience, but we gave you options beforehand

Had a great time and the car was reliable and ran well! The only slight issue I might bring up is that the windshield wipers might’ve been old because they made the windshield super blurry when it rained and made it hard to see. Other than that, everything was great, including communication and pickup/drop off!
