Worst trip ever the owner arrest me my text message threatening me of turning the Killswitch of the engine deactivating the engine while I was on the highway almost there activated it when I was on my way back for check out because I had a few minutes late because of that detour and an accident on the highway it’s the worst chip I’ve ever had the owner is completely crazy and very very demanding for the car quality of car that he is offering the car is dirty when you get in it it’s already dirty it’s like it has been cleaned and then E forces you to go to a detailed car wash not an automated car wash it’s nonsense I will never take this car again that’s for sure and not sure I will use the service again

The worst experience with Turo, they sent a lot of messages on how to take care of the car and keep it clean, and when I picked it up it was completely dirty and smelly.

The driver received a clean vehicle but on several occasions was observed speeding by the vehicle technology and was unhappy that we reached out to him to notify him to reduce his speed. Pictures of speeding were uploaded to Turo.. Driver also left the vehicle unclean and made sure not to submit pictures as to construct this story. We have before trip and after trip pictures stating otherwise. Pictures uploaded to Turo.

Self check-in. Car is fuel efficient and drives fairly good for a 85k miles vehicle, could use a clean up in the interior. Would recommend for a budget rental.
