good car, but was a little dirty.

This was byfar the worst experience iv dealt with while using Turo. After grabbing a 25 min Uber to the pickup location, the owner sent a new location exactly at the pickup time that was another 20 min away. He had the car in the shop for service and that was my problem apparently. I was slowly heading more and more farther away from my already 4+hour drive. Car had 3/4 tank of gas at pickup, passenger seat engine was broke and does not operate, passenger window operations were broke. Was extremely unhappy with experience, beware.

Regarding the pickup location, we understand the inconvenience the last-minute change caused. The car was indeed at the shop for unexpected service, which led to the change in location. However, we provided you with an additional ride and covered the trip to the car location.
After that, we changed the dropoff location allowing you to leave it at the airport with no issues.
