    Vehicle is located on post. Outside the gate. You do not need post access to get to pickup location.

  • If I car wash the vehicle f during the rental. Do you do reimburse for car washes?

    No, we have a pass on the windshield for free car washes at mister car wash

  • If I use toll pass. Do I get charged and how?

    Tolls are billed in the turo app

  • I rented another vehicle with a different turo host and they did not charge me when I brought vehicle back out of gas.

    Gas is expensive and it is an extra cost which cuts into our profit. We will bill for missing fuel.

Like many others that have mentioned in their reviews, I never actually met Katrina so I can't accurately rate my "interaction" with her specifically. In route, I was notified where the keys would be located, but shortly after arrival I was met by a young man as I was checking in and taking pre-inspection photos stating his wife (I'm assuming Katrina) had forgotten to take pictures so he needed to take some. He was VERY cordial and polite, even offering advice along the way; however, full disclosure, the car is very worn and the pics advertising the vehicle did NOT reflect nor showcase the MANY scrapes, scratches, cracks, chips, interior stains, etc. that are pre-existing. I can't speak for others, but had I known it looked the way it did, I wouldn't have leased it so that part was disappointing. Secondly, the TPMS light came on indicating low tire pressure for the passenger rear tire. The host, after notified, expeditiously offered to have someone come take a look at the tire which I APPRECIATED, but it was a foregone conclusion since I had to postpone an out of town trip bc of the time it was discovered. We took the car to fill it up with air and balance out the PSI for each one, but there must've been a slow leak bc the next morning it had lost 12 lbs of air. The host was notified, and as expected, quickly replied they'd have it looked at which is phenomenal. Lastly, upon checking out and taking/uploading pictures of the vehicle's condition to include tire's PSI levels at return, I discovered a Wal-Mart receipt showing the TPMS system had been serviced in June 2022 which led me to believe the issue I encountered was pre-existing and not disclosed. This was the catalyst in my rating of only 3 stars. As a person, whoever I met and spoke with gave great customer service, but the experience with the vehicle itself was not spectacular nor what was expected based on the advertising.

Vehicle was taken to an auto shop and they found no evidence of any kinds of leaks in any tires. Also when guest returned the vehicle the valve cap on tire was missing which lead us to believe her or someone else let air out tire. The receipt this guest is referring to was a receipt for a brand new tire. Pictures are updated in the listing regularly to reflect current appearance of the vehicle

This guest was mad he was charged for fuel and attempted to dispute the fuel cost with Turo. Vehicle went out on full tank and was returned at 3/4.
