FAQs
How do I pay for tolls?
Vehicle has an EZPass toll transponder and any any toll fees accrued to it (or to the vehicle) will be billed to you no more than 90 days after rental completion (but usually within 7 days).
What happens if I get a flat tire or need roadside assistance?
Turo provides roadside assistance for guests. Please call them at 1-415-965-4525 and also notify us right away.
What happens if I get a parking or other violation/ticket?
Don't fret, it happens! Just please be sure to report it to us immediately. Most states and municipalities charge hefty late fees (or worse) for unpaid violations. Not reporting it to us means that any additional charges we receive for nonpayment will be passed along to you.
