Communication was delayed to pick up the car. Otherwise everything was great. Communication thereafter was excellent

It would have been nice if host Chris actually communicated directly with me, instead of his management team.
. I believe there is a gap between TURO and the owner and client.
One TURO agent upon my initial arrival, kept saying the owner approved my Mycenae photos, but in reality according to the owners! Team, TURO was not willing to accept my photos!
Very frustrating for the exhausted traveler just wanting my car location , so I could go lay down as U was not feeling well.
I will say, the car ran very smoothly and had plenty of trunk space for my 4 pieces of luggage.
There was a yellow light that would periodically come on. Maybe the “tire” indicator?
They looked fine to me.
The team did do as I requested and took photos of where the car was.
I sent messages to TURO to let Chris know my flight info as airlines aren’t always on time!
The car was left in terminal 2 , so I had to take a shuttle and leave all my belongings with an agent to locate the car and return back to the terminal 4, where my airline was.
When I returned the car, I took 33 photos of interior, exterior of car, parking lot number, photos of surrounding landmarks as to where the car was.
Even though I was told they had a car locator, I did that as that is what I prefer rather than a Google map!
I did not receive any reply after I sent all the requested photos from the agent.
I would rent again from Chris, in hopes that maybe there could be better communication.
The car has been maintained inside and out.

The quality of the car was great. It drove smoothly and it was clean. Great on gas. Unfortunately my experience with the hosts/management was not the smoothest. By far the worst ive had with Turo because it is usually great. My pickup destination was the airport where I arrived earlier than expected. I messaged the host letting them know which terminal i was at, as requested, and asked when the soonest i could pickup up the car. I never got any message back from them so i decided to wait until my original pick up time. After waiting for 15 mins after the original time, the car was still not there and i hadn’t received any contact. I called the main host (Chris) where i was rushed off the phone and told the management people would contact me. I waited and never heard anything so i called the host who was then sending my call directly to voicemail. I then contacted Turo support. After waiting for about 30 mins past my pickup time and speaking with support, someone from the management called me and said they were 12 mins away and did not show up until 20 mins after that. So i was stuck at the airport waiting with little to no contact from the management. Then, thinking they may be graceful and try to make up for this, i asked to keep the rental for an extra hour to which they said no. So i had to wait around for them for almost an hour but couldnt keep the car for an extra hour. Theres seems to be a lack of professionalism and consideration for customer care.

Per Turo records the car was delivered 25 minutes late and communication was maintained throughout. To make up for the delay we offered you an extra 30 minutes past your scheduled drop off time. While we couldn’t extend it a full hour due to scheduling, we tried to be fair and accommodating. We appreciate your business and will use your feedback to improve our service.
