We recommend using a Lyft or Uber as a cost effective way to pick up vehicle, 5.1 miles from ONT airport. You may leave your car parked in front of our home, if you decide to pick up the Tesla. Car can be delivered for a fee however fee can be waved if rented for more than 5 days. - The vehicle can be fully charged at any Tesla supercharger station (renter pus supercharge fees + idle fees) and takes about 25 mins to charge from 20%-80% (80% is sufficient to qualify as a “full charge” return). The car doesn’t need to be fully charged when returned, but you will be charged a small fee for us to fully recharge it (to 80%). ***If you leave the car battery at 0% you won’t be able to keep driving and the car will need to be towed to the nearest Tesla charging station. This will be a minimum $200 fee for towing + additional fees*** - NO SMOKING of any kind. A minimum $150 fee will be added if smoke is detected. No eating/drinking (water is ok) or pets inside vehicle allowed. An additional fee for cleaning will be charged if these instructions are not followed. - Should you receive a parking ticket, there will be a $20 transaction fee + ticket. - We are happy to provide a full orientation upon pickup for those new to Tesla. - Keycard is used to unlock and start the car. To unlock the car, tap the keycard to the driver side support column under the camera. Doorhandles require you to push on the back door to make the front pop out.
