I had an amazing experience renting from Waleed on Turo! My car had a sudden issue, and I needed a replacement urgently. I discovered Waleed’s listing the afternoon before and decided to give Turo a try for the first time. Waleed was incredibly trusting, patient, and helpful throughout the process.
I had an early start the next morning, needing the car by 7:30 AM, and to my surprise, Waleed had everything ready 40 minutes ahead of time! He provided clear instructions for pickup, making the whole process super smooth.
On the return trip, I hit some traffic and ended up running almost two hours late. Waleed kindly reminded me about the scheduled return time, which I had completely forgotten. Thankfully, he approved my request for an extension, saving me from extra late fees.
The car itself was in excellent condition—clean, reliable, and drove perfectly. Waleed had inspected it beforehand and gave me a detailed rundown of its current condition. He even checked in during the rental to make sure everything was going well.
This was hands down one of the best car rental experiences I’ve ever had. I’m so grateful for Waleed’s professionalism and kindness. I’d definitely rent from Waleed again in the future!
