Eric was professional there was a issue with the locks be careful the vehicle will lock the keys in the car with the car running. Eric did do his due diligence to remedy the problem, but I ended up paying $68 to get the key out because my phone died on Eric while he tried to remedy the problem when I talk to the actual owner, the owner insulted me stating that I’m trying to extort him simply because I’m asking for conversation and again like I said, asking not demanding negotiating even I did not appreciate being insulted by the owner saying that I’m trying to extort him when I paid $68 to unlock his vehicle which locked the key in the car, I got out the car shut the door and it locked while the car was running that would be my only complaint, but when the owner and salted me I have to bring up the fact that the vehicle was extremely dirty. There were old fries, debris, etc. the car was filthy, but I wasn’t using it for anything where I needed presentation so I ignored it but to be insulted in a dirty car and only willing to give me $20 off of my next rental is unacceptable when Eric explained to me that all he could do was $20 deductible off my next rental. I respectfully decline and stated that I was going to just simply return the car and take my losses and not leave a negative review when the owner found this out he decided to insult me by stating that I’m trying to extort him when I’m simply just stating the facts

We came up with a solution that we would send AAA to unlock it
Your phone died and no one could get a hold of you
You then claim to have paid $68 to have the car opened with a slim Jim
You then demand we give you a free day or you are going to leave 1star review because your mad you locked key in car
Offered a large extension discount but that wasn’t good enough
But as you treated you left a 1 star

Car that was reserved was not available so owner reached out and advised me of such. Owner offered another vehicle that was an upgrade. Everything about picking up and returning the car was smooth. Would use their services in rhe future.
