Car breaks were rubbing together, they needed changing. Veronica did try to make arrangements for the breaks to get fixed, the timing just didn’t work with my schedule. She was fast with responding to fix the issue.

Had an awesome time renting from Veronica for the day! Car was clean and super smooth. Accidentally left my glasses in the car and she offered to drop them in my mail box. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Highly recommend🙌🏽
