2018 Ford Focus SE. Gas saving cruiser, comfortable for mid range trips. Front wheel drive, automatic transmission, seats 5. There's plenty of cargo space in the back, and the rear seats fold down for even more space if needed. AM and FM radio, also Bluetooth and Aux compatible for entertainment on your drive. There is plenty of clearance height, so you want snag and curbs. Overall, great basic car to get from A to B. Please do not let the fuel range go below 40 mile’s because miles to empty is strictly based off previous driving.

This was my first time using Turo and it was a great experience. The pickup area was close to my home, the car was great on gas and because I was running late they were courtesy and understanding why. So I will definitely use them again with car rentals

I chose this vehicle because of the additional miles it offered for my trip. The car was good, my only issue was in the end. I have NEVER had an issue with Turo since using it and never had an issue with the return of any vehicle i rented. After putting gas in it before the return it was right at the full line however i was charged 8.74 plus an additional 10.00 charge for gas. Yes that was noted upon rental but with most rentals I’ve rented i just had to return it back at full. This one requires the needle to be above full. Just know that if it’s 25.00, 10.00 or 2.00 of gas you will be charged that plus an additional $10.00. Anyone who rents this vehicle needs to make sure that they fill it to capacity, meaning put gas in it until the pump clicks to avoid incurring a charge plus an additional 10.00. DO NOT just go based on the needle, put gas in it until it won’t hold anymore that way you won’t risk being charged an additional 10.00 for 3, 5 or 8 dollars worth of gas. Other than that the car was good. I didn’t anticipate being charged as wouldn’t most ppl who bring it back at the full line, so DO NOT go based on the needle. Top off the gas until it can’t hold anymore to avoid any additional charge after your return

I'm sorry you had a negative experience. I went back and reviewed your trip, and you returned the vehicle with gas less than the full mark. All invoices are reviewed by Turo, so if it was charged to you, that means it has been determined to have merit. I know the 10$ fee is an annoyance, but having to refuel the vehicle in addition to the detail is an expense to hosts and adds time to our systems. The 10$ charge is automatically instituted by Turo, NOT hosts, and is meant to be punitive.
