Omar was great with his delivery and instructions. Had issue with Turo because the original car was not available and I was not notified until I arrived at the airport. Caused a two hour delay until they could find another vehicle and had a transport me to a another location to pick it up. I requested to speak to a supervisor, but no one has called me back. Omar was great. My contact with customer service was not so great. I was charged for a change in the drop off location, even though I did not make that choice.
