Beautiful smooth 2015 Mercedes Benz C Class 300 with a cream interior, surrounded with burl walnut wood trim, and complimenting a white exterior for an ultra luxurious look. Not to mention, this Benz is fun to drive! ***Features*** Premium 1 package. Active ventilated front seats. Power rear side window blinds. Active Multicontour seats. Panoramic sunroof. With interior lights. ***Technology*** Bluetooth Wireless Technology Cruise Control Hands Free Phone Navigation System Proximity Sensing Keyless Entry Push-Button Engine Start Real-Time Traffic Information Smartphone Interface USB Port Entertainment Heated Seats Leather Seats Interior Ambient Lighting Performance All reservations are contactless. The keys will be in the car for pick up. AIRPORT RESERVATIONS- The vehicle will be parked at a terminal (depending on your airport) Parking Garage. It will be unlocked with the key in the glove box and you will be responsible for paying the fee to retrieve the vehicle from the parking garage if you are an an hour late. You will receive car location in the terminal number within 3 hours of your trip start After your trip ends- Take the car back to the terminal garage, leave unlocked with parking ticket and key in cup holder and send me a text with a pic of the car in the spot just like I will send to you in the beginning of your trip.

Guidelines
Guidelines are as follows: (1) ****** NO SMOKING ****** (of anything). If the vehicles smells of any kind of smoke. You will be fully responsible for all costs associated with having the vehicle decontaminated and smoke smell removed this is up to $150 fee (2) ****** Pet Rules ****** (No Pets Allowed) In order to maintain the interior in its pristine condition no Pets are allowed in this car. I also ask this to avoid issues with allergies. If this rule is broken there will be a $150 fine. (3) ****** Cleaning and Washing ****** All my cars are delivered washed, cleaned and disinfected after each use. Please keep vehicles clean and return it in the same condition or there will be a small cleaning fee of $20 for basic cleaning and If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty there will be a cleaning charge of up to $150. (4) ****** RE-FUELING ****** Premium Gas ONLY. Please include receipts and return with gas level the way you started the trip. For example if you received it with a full tank of gas please return it with full tank. The "Pre-paid fueling" fee will be applied if the vehicle is not refueled to it's original level upon returning the vehicle. 5) ---------Parking/Speeding Tickets----------- You are 100% responsible for paying any parking or speeding ticket. so please drive responsible and pay attention to parking signs in the city.

Another flawless trip! The Benz still has a new feel to it. Plus, Angel was an incredible host! Her customer service made me feel like I was at Chick fil-A... Very generous, which made check-in and check-out extremely smooth. I look forward to renting again in a couple weeks!

The car sunroof jammed and I was not able to use it at all

Hi! sorry for the inconvenience. The sunroof issue was a surprise to us both and my mechanic is looking into the cause. I also gave you the option to return the car and get a discount, but you assured me you would like to continue the trip. Regardless of the sunroof issue, and the smell of smoke throughout the vehicle, I gave you a generous review. During the claims process, we will check to see if there’s a way to provide a discount for your the trip, but other fees may still apply.

Angel was a phenomenal host! She was extremely helpful when it came to addressing my questions about Turo as well as the rental. I always enjoy driving a Mercedes Benz around town when I'm visiting, but this time was special. Thanks for paying attention to detail, providing extra accessories and providing a flawless driving experience. Looking forward to renting from you again in the near future! (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)
