This was a disappointing experience overall. The car was not very clean; it had personal items shoved in the glove box, side compartments, and center console. It had a layer of dirt and dust on it too. The worst part was the drop off. We had an agreement that it would be at the airport but she said she had an emergency at work and wouldn’t be able to pick it up there. She gave me an odd address and told me it was her husbands place of work but in reality it was a military residential area. I told her that I was uncomfortable with this but she didn’t really give me any other options. This drop off area is not conducive for getting an Uber. The pick up was also weird. She had my husband get into the car with her and drive to the McDonald’s from the airport so she could get a ride.
