Returned the car just the way I received it and owner is now charging me 150 in cleaning fees for animal fur that was not from my trip. Would not recommend renting from Preston ever

Pet hair was left all over vehicle and guest is upset because they had to pay for it.

Received $200 fee post return that I had a pet in the car and cleaning fee...do not own pet and returned in same condition..first time using Turo, didn't realize I had to upload photos, host took advantage of situation and when I sent him message and called him...*silence*

Guest left car very messy with hair all over. Please do not do this and you will not have to pay any fee.
