However, service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome. 👉 During the trip, please try to keep charge above 20%. And make sure to avoid to let it go below 10% and be left over night. EV cars still use background energy to protect the battery even when parked. So to avoid getting the car tow from zero charge, please do not let it sit below 10% overnight. 🚫 Driving the car to Mexico/Canada is NOT allowed per Turo policy 🔌 Please return the vehicle with the same battery level you started with. You will be charged retroactively the cost to charge, plus a convenience fee. Note: This can also be avoided by adding Prepaid EV recharge on your bookings which will allow you to return without fully recharging (at least 30 miles range left). 🖲️ The car has basic autopilot functionality. It includes features like autosteer on freeways. It does *NOT stop on Stop lights/stop signs, It is *NOT a full self-driving capability. Additional drivers added in the trip via Turo App can also drive the car, but during check in, primary driver must be onsite to be validated. 🧾 If you get a parking ticket, please pay the ticket right away. If you don't pay the ticket as soon as possible, we will get a copy of the ticket in the mail. You will then be charged the following on Turo: *** 1) the cost of the ticket, 2) all relevant processing fees administered by the issuing body, 3) and a $30 processing fee per ticket. ⛔ The car is not equipped with a toll pass. Please do not take any toll roads without paying the toll. If you take a toll road, we will get a copy of the toll in the mail.
