Guidelines
Vehicle will have a Full tank of premium fuel at pick up. Please be sure to return the vehicle completely full with Premium gasoline, only! Turo automatically adds a $10 convenience fee + my cost of refueling if not completely full. (Consider the prepaid refueling option) Denver Airport has a gas station at the cell phone lot with normal gas prices. NO SMOKING!! Please, absolutely no smoking or possession of any kind in the vehicle including vaping, marijuana, cigarettes or transporting of CBD oils, etc. If you smoke outside the car please change clothes as the smell on clothing brings the odor into car. (Common issue) Minimum fees range from $150-250 to remove odor or for burn repairs. This is a courtesy to both the next guests as well as my family. This expectation is not to be taken lightly! Keep in mind a lost key can be very costly. Typically, replacement costs are a minimum of $350 + $0.55 a mile round trip or overnight delivery to get the spare key to your location. Please keep the key in a safe place. Thank you for renting my Mercedes Benz! Enjoy the vehicle and please enjoy our beautiful state!! Does the primary driver need to be present at pick up?
YES, Turo requires that the vehicle can ONLY be released to the Primary driver with their valid driver's license on hand at pick-up. If you can't make it for pickup and you're the primary on the reservation, you'll need to contact Turo support directly to cancel and re-book the reservation in your companion(s)' name. Adding a driver is done entirely through the Turo app. If that driver is new to Turo, please ensure you leave a day or two for Turo approval.
ExpressToll billing:
Vehicle is equipped with a transponder for the ExpressToll lanes, as well as the NW Parkway and E470. If you choose to use the toll the fees will collect and will be billed to you through the Turo app after your trip.
BlueTooth Audio hook up:
Select the Media tab on top left of screen. Scroll down the list to find the Bluetooth hookup. Once you select, use the link on bottom left and create a search to find your phone or device.
