Pick up , location and host was great. Car on the other hand needs some attention. Had my family with me and the suspension / air ride hand an issue and was literally like riding on the ground and was a harsh ride. Notification / message was on the dash from when I picked it up. Host knew and said will be going in for service this week !

We really enjoyed cruising around in the 7 series. Loved listening to smooth jazz on the HK speakers in the quiet cabin. The Turo host made the experience easy. Will try to rent again next time we're in town.
