Guidelines
This is the more serious side of the listing. We get it, no one likes extra fees! If you want to avoid them please make sure you follow these simple rules! (1) Absolutely NO SMOKING (of anything), this includes cigarettes, vaping, E-Cigs, and marijuana. If the car is returned with physical evidence of smoking, you will be charged a $250 smoking violation fee. (2) NO PETS ALLOWED! Should the vehicle be returned with evidence of pet presence, you will be charged $150 per Turo's guidelines. See Turo's policy regarding pets. https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990560-Pet-policy-for-guests (3) CLEANING! The vehicle will be fully cleaned upon delivery to you. Please do your best to return the vehicle in the same condition it was in when you picked it up. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty due to irresponsible or abusive behavior, there will be a $150 cleaning violation fee. (4) WHEELS & TIRES! Please be careful when parking the vehicle. Scratching the wheels is not normal wear and tear. If there is any sign of curb rash or damage to the wheels/rims, you will be responsible for the cost to repair. (5) TRIP EXTENSIONS! If you want to change your trip's start or end time to keep the car longer or return it sooner, you must submit a request via Turo before the trip starts or while it's in progress. You'll be unable to submit via the system once the trip has ended. A trip change is only valid if you make the request through Turo and your host approves it. If you extend your trip without approval via the Turo system, we may charge you a late return fee. If you make an unapproved early return, we'll be unable to refund you for any unused trip time. And you'll still be responsible for any parking tickets or tow charges the car receives for up to 24 hours after the scheduled trip end time.

This Car was super smooth, clean and a money saver. My pickup experience was with Nicholas’s son who was very nice, and he was informative and helpful with my questions as this was my first time using a hybrid vehicle. I also had to do a last minute extension which Nicholas was so nice to let me extend at such a last minute. I would definitely book this ride again!!

The car was not clean at time of pick up also had a tire light on the dash and something was wrong with the key

This car was amazing. Nicholas was amazing. He accommodated every time I asked to extend and was even willing to allow me to extend even longer. He was attentive and answered promptly. He informed us about his car wash package. Overall such a great time renting. 10/10 would recommend.

This Car was super smooth, clean and a money saver. My pickup experience was with Nicholas’s son who was very nice, and he was informative and helpful with my questions as this was my first time using a hybrid vehicle. I also had to do a last minute extension which Nicholas was so nice to let me extend at such a last minute. I would definitely book this ride again!!
