Where will I pick up and drop-off the car for BWI airport trips?
Our pickups and drop-offs are done at BWI longterm parking A or B. Our guests are responsible for paying the PICKUP parking ticket when leaving the lot (not exceeding 8 dollars) and DROPOFF parking ticket (a flat 8 dollar fee).
What if I want to have the car delivered to the hourly parking closer to the terminal?
We do make exceptions mostly based on availability but also guest preference. As long as the guest agrees to pay the parking ticket and it is within our availability, then we can dropoff at hourly parking.
If I am a returning guest, do I get some sort of discount?
Yes, absolutely. We send our guests at least 10 percent discounts for subsequent trips at the end of their trip. If this expires before your next trip, please message us using the previous trip chat, and we will adjust the trip price accordingly.
Can I drive on EZpass toll roads?
Yes you can! We have EZpass transponder on all our vehicles, and also keep track of EZpass invoice per trip. If you have used toll lanes during your trip, we will send you an invoice with proof as soon as we get the bill (typically a few weeks after your trip)
Are you open to feedbacks regarding how you can do better?
Absolutely! Our goal is to always improve our services as we expand our fleet of cars serving the DMV area. We welcome feedbacks and will always strive to do better.
