No Cannabis smell of any kind, smoked or otherwise, is allowed. ➡ Renter attempting to cover any smoking with artificial odor neutralizing chemicals will be charged $250 Smoking Fee. ➡ An additional cleaning fee will be charged to remove all smoke and chemical odors from interior surfaces such as; headliner, carpets, seats, etc. ⛽ Fuel & Recharging ➡ Vehicles must be returned with same fuel and battery level, as received during Vehicle Pick-up. ➡ 91 Fuel Only. 🚗💦 Return The Vehicle Clean. $150 Cleaning Fee will be applied if vehicle's condition reflects irresponsible and abusive behavior. For example: ➡ Spills or waste that requires cleaning inside of vents or between the door panel and window. ➡ Stains or residue that covers a large area of the vehicle’s interior and would require steam cleaning or a full detail. ➡ Any evidence of bio-waste and/or bodily fluids will require a detail wash and a disinfection. ➡ An extreme amount of caked on mud, dirt, sand, or insects that requires professional-level exterior detailing ➡ Pet hair 🚥🚔🚨 All Traffic Laws Must Followed. ➡ Renter is responsible for all Traffic Violations. ➡ Renter is responsible for Toll Road fees. ➡ Renter is responsable for all parking fees while in possession of the vehicle and/or during the trip. ➡ NO Speeding, Reckless Driving and Abusive Driving. 📡 GPS Recovery & Remote Engine Kill Switch Systems. ➡ Repetitive Reckless and/or Abusive Driving, Continues Speeding and Irresponsible Behavior will result in your Trip's Termination followed by Remote Engine Shut Down. ➡ In such event, the Renter will be charged an improper return fee, reported to Turo and be responsible for any vehicle recovery fees, including towing and storage fees. ⚠️ Airport Vehicle Pick-Up and Return ➡ Attention Airport Guests! As mandated by Turo and local Airports, Your Vehicle Pick-up and Return will take place at airport designated parking lot only.
