If not paid, further charges and legal action may be taken to ensure compliance with Turo policy. By renting this vehicle, you agree to the following: -To keep up with covid prevention practices, and to mitigate the spread of covid 19, Sunset Vehicle Rentals LLC requires the overall condition of the vehicle returned as was received: free of any foreign material, such as crumbs, sand, debris, and any other pathogenic transporting material on the exterior or interior. Wipes will be provided in the trunk of the vehicle for the appropriate vehicle interior cleaning. We recommend running the vehicle through a car wash for easy exterior cleaning and easy access to a vacuum. There is a car wash located near the airport and near our office. -No Smoking, drinking alcohol, or use of and/or transporting of drugs in this vehicle. A minimum of a $150 cleaning detail charge will be invoiced if not followed + plus any damages that occurred. - Pets are allowed. The vehicle must be cleaned prior to returning the vehicle. A minimum of a $125 cleaning fee will be invoiced if not followed if any damages caused by the animal, its hair, or bodily fluids occurred to be on the vehicle's interior or exterior.
