Loved the car, hadn’t driven a Tesla before so I was surprised there weren’t much for instructions. Googled things to figure it out. The response time with questions wasn’t very good from host. He said internet was down and messaging through app didn’t work too well. With a car like this I would hope you could communicate better. Perhaps it’s expected we know how they work but they are different for sure! It was a lot of fun driving it. Learned as we went about charging it. You have to go to a Tesla supercharger to get a faster charge. Didn’t know about adapter for charger for other charging stations other than Tesla in the console until our trip ended. Maybe we were just too clueless going in but just thought we would have better communication with host. Awesome car though! No issues.

Mark was a phenomenal host! He was very responsive and offered return options for the vehicle after our trip. He was very helpful and offered to help me get acclimated to driving a Tesla. My family and I will definitely be renting out his vehicle again in the near future.

Mark (Tesla owner) is incredible to work with! Super reachable, communicative, helpful, and an ease to work with. The car was clean, beautiful, runs great, and is super comfortable. We'll be renting it again next time we're in Sacramento. If you get a chance to work with Mark, you'll be well taken care of.

Car was good, clean and got us comfortably from point a to point b! Only thing to note is the turn signal blind spot camera must be tinted or something because it’s very dark looking. Other than that, great ride! Thanks!
