A. I update the availability of all my cars daily, you can easily view the calendar to see which days the car is available. Q: Are you able to deliver to the airport or my house/hotel? A: Yes, and delivery is free with rentals over 7 days. Otherwise, please put in your address so the delivery fee is calculated properly. Q: Do I have to fill up the gas tank before returning the car? A: Please fill the tank to the same level the tank was at pickup prior to returning the car. 10$ missing gas fee will apply Q: Are you willing to adjust the mileage limits set? HOW DO I PUT THE TOP DOWN?
How do I put the top down? Check out the video and step by step instructions below: https://youtu.be/eXEb9TWudO4?t=23 --1. Start the car and keep it in park. --2. Pull down both sun visors. Release the latches above each sun visor by pulling the lever. --3. Locate the "Convertible" button above the rear-view mirror. Press and hold the button until the top fully lowers. --4. Close both latches by pushing them forward.

The car and the host were great! But I had a great deal of trouble because of Turo. The company's Turo Go feature doesn't work properly. I had to wait for 3 and a half hours in the middle of the night because Turo was not able to figure out why the car is not unlocking with the app. In the end I had to reschedule my entire plan with minimum compensation from the company for this huge mess from their end. I would recommend everyone not to rely on the Turo Go feature to unlock car and make bookings such that the host would be available to open the car for you.
