• I'm arriving from the airport. How do I pick up the vehicle upon arrival? How do I return it prior to catching my departing flight?

  The vehicle will be located at a 24/7 monitored secure lot 3 miles away from the airport. There's a shuttle that will pick you up upon arrival AND take you back to Hartsfield Jackson Airport for your scheduled departing flight. A one time $20 flat fee will be invoiced for pickup and return parking and must be paid before access to vehicle is granted. To avoid delays, please pay parking fee online prior to arrival.

• What fuel grade should I use when I need to get gas?

  Fuel grade '87

• Do I have to pay for parking when exiting or entering the lot?

  A ONE TIME $20 flat fee must be paid before access to vehicle is granted. DO NOT pay the parking attendants. Also, you DO NOT pay again when returning the vehicle at the end of your reservation. In order to avoid improper return charges, return the vehicle to the location pickup. A link to the invoice where you can pay will be sent in the messaging section of the app.

• Why should I rent from you? Why not just go with the rental agencies located at the airport.

  I feel like I make the process alittle easier trying to depart from the "World's Busiest Airport." If you want to get a rental at the airport, you have to walk across the street, go up the stairs to WAIT to catch the Skytrain to get to the rental agencies. Then you have to wait in line AGAIN only to hope to get a car that can meet your needs. I've partnered with a shuttle service that will pick you up from the airport and take you STRAIGHT to the vehicle that is parked in a safe, secure location monitored 24/7.
