This vehicle is accessible via the airport by choosing either the Airport or the Hotel delivery option on Turo. For the hotel delivery option, you must first contact us for approval and have a confirmed hotel reservation. AIRPORT DELIVERY OPTION (WITHOUT A CONFIRMED BEST WESTERN HOTEL RESERVATION) PROCEDURES: This delivery option allows you to pick the vehicle up via the airport by using a designated airport shuttle that will escort you directly to the car. The shuttle makes frequent rounds coming from and going to the airport. You must access the Elite Airport Parking shuttle from the airport. 1. Go to the NORTH TERMINAL baggage claim (even if you came off Delta airlines), locate the LN1 access point and proceed down the escalator where all off-airport shuttles are located 2. Look for and get on the purple and white Elite Airport Shuttle. Ask the customer server agents there for assistance if needed. 3. Inform the driver that you are picking up a vehicle through Turo and advise them of the parking number given to you. 4. Follow the remote hand-off procedures below once you are dropped off by the vehicle. REMOTE HAND-OFF PROCEDURES: A remote pick-up enables you to pick up the vehicle without physically seeing the owner. Once all the required information is sent, the lock code will be sent to you in order to retrieve the key from the lockbox located on the driver's side window. After which, you can discard the lockbox inside the trunk. Information required: 1. A selfie of yourself holding your drivers' license near your face and in front of the rear of the vehicle displaying the license plate number. 2. A second close-up picture of just your drivers' license I need clear pictures before I can release the code for the lockbox RETURNING PROCEDURES: 1. Completely refuel the vehicle. There is a gas station next door. 2. Return the vehicle in the same condition (clean) as when you picked it up or additional charges may apply 3. Get instructions from the parking attendant on where to park. Most likely it will be in the front where you picked it up 4. Inform me of the parking space number of where you parked and send a photo as well. 5. Upload pictures of the exterior and interior of the vehicle including the odometer to the TURO app 6. Place the lockbox back on the window and use the same code to lock the key back into the lockbox. You may have to PRESS THE RED RESET BUTTON on the bottom before putting the code in. 7. Take the shuttle back to the airport. The shuttles routinely patrol through the parking lot to pick up guests HOTEL DELIVERY OPTION PROCEDURES: Choosing the Best Western Plus Atlanta Airport Hotel location as your delivery location on your reservation allows you to only pick up this vehicle at this location. If you have chosen this location by accident or have not contacted us prior to booking for approval, please contact us as soon as possible. You will also need to submit a copy of your hotel reservation for confirmation. Once you are approved to use this delivery service by us, please follow the following instructions: 1. You will access the designated free Best Western airport shuttle from ground transportation near baggage claim where all other hotel shuttles pick up from the airport. 2. You will have to first call Best Western at (404) 763-9777 to get picked up once you are there. 3. Further instructions on where exactly in the parking lot to pick up the vehicle will be given to you once you confirm you have arrived to the Atlanta airport. 4. Please follow the remote handoff and return procedures listed above once you make it to the vehicle and when returning to Best Western

No animals are allowed in the vehicle at any time. Please return the car clean. No smoking. Be advised that you are responsible for any tickets including parking tickets, boot fees, or/and towing charges that you incur while on the trip.

    At no time are any pets allowed in the vehicle. In addition, smoking is absolutely forbidden at any time during your trip. The appropriate detailing fees will be assessed if it is discovered the vehicle was smoked in during your reservation. You as the renter are also responsible for other smokers who choose to smoke in the vehicle during your reservation period.

  • How do the remote handoff procedures work?

    A remote pick-up enables you to pick up the vehicle without physically seeing the owner.
