Pickup & Return Instructions Pickup and return for your Turo rental will take place at Football Park, 286 Maple Street, East Hartford, CT. • Upon arrival, locate your assigned vehicle in the designated parking area. • If picking up during normal hours, I will meet you for key handoff. • If your car is being dropped off between 9 PM and 8 AM, or if you need to leave and cannot wait, a lockbox is available in the glove compartment. • The lockbox code is 021 662 58. You can securely place the keys inside and lock it before leaving. Please ensure the car is locked before departing. If you have any issues, feel free to contact me. Safe travels!

Carlos was a stellar host. He made sure the car was good to drive upon pickup. One of the tires was slightly low, but he filled it and provided the pump just in case. Pickup and drop off was easy. Car was clean and drove smooth. It was also really good on gas. I would definitely rent from Carlos again. He also has additional things at a small cost to help make your trip even easier.

Carlos were an awesome host. He checked in on us but weren’t over bearing. The car were clean and a smooth ride. Will definitely rent from Carlos anytime we are on the area.

Carlos was a really good host. Amy questions I had he answered in a timely manner. Even offered me extra time if I needed it. Would definitely rent from him again if I need too.

Carlos is a nice guy. However, my experience was not a great one. When I am renting a car I have expectations. Those expectations are that the car is clean (inside and out) and that is advertised as it is. The car I received was dirty on the outside and in the inside. I asked Carlos why is it dirty and he said the people who returned it didn’t clean it. Additionally the car was not as it was advertised. Something that is a requirement for me is that it has apple car play. This car does not have apple car play, so why was it even listed under features? Lastly, drop off instructions should be clearly defined the day before. When I dropped off the car I didn’t get a message from Carlos prior me arriving at the location that someone else was picking up the keys from me. I received the message after I got there. The lady who worked for him just came out of nowhere and didn’t even greet me nor let me know that she was there to pick up the car. I had to ask who she was and if she worked for Carlos before I even open my messages to learn about it.
Carlos is a nice guy but he can do more for his customers than say “I have snacks and all this fun stuff for kids.” That’s great and all but not when you are handing them a dirty car along with it and with trash inside the car. He also provided me a “free of charge late return at noon” but that did not change my overall customer experience.
We’re sorry that you were disappointed with the rides cleanliness too – we try to provide as great of experience as possible but sometimes things happen out of our control. I’m glad you were able to take advantage of the late check out I provided as part of your inconvenience. In all, I’m sorry to hear about your experience and that our staff didn’t meet the level of service we strive for.
