Due to severe sensitivity to tobacco and related odors, we cannot tolerate any lingering smoke smell in our cars. Even light or occasional smoking leaves strong odors that persist for several days and may trigger allergic-like reactions. Please note: If smoke odor is detected upon return, we will file a report with Turo and initiate a professional remediation process. This includes: • Filing an official incident report (including with local authorities, if needed) • Ozone (ION) treatment to neutralize odor • Full interior detailing and multiple washes • Cabin air filter replacement A $150 smoking fine will be charged in accordance with Turo policy.
