When coming towards the playground, take the first left. The Camry will be parked in the front of our home and/or in the middle of the parking lot. If you see a Red Scion you’re in the right place! If you are leaving your vehicle, please park on the street (on either side when come towards this address) and not in the parking lot. We are not responsible for your vehicle during your rental.
Guidelines
Rental Guidelines for Subarashii Rentals: 1. No Smoking 🚭: Smoking of any kind in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. A $150 cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected. 2. Pet Policy 🐾: Pets are welcome with prior notice and a one-time pet fee. Unauthorized pet messes will result in a $150 cleaning fee. 3. Fuel Requirements ⛽: Return the car with the same fuel level as provided. Refueling charges will apply if the car is returned below this level. 4. Cleanliness 🧽: Please return the car in clean condition. Excessive messes (spills, stains, etc.) will incur additional cleaning fees. 5. Tolls and Parking 🚦: Guests are responsible for tolls and parking violations incurred during the rental. For airport rentals, parking is pre-paid, and details will be provided. 6. Damage or Incidents 🚨: Any damages or incidents must be reported immediately and will be processed through Turo. To help with damage fees please purchase the protection plan! It saves you HUNDREDS! 7. Key Fob and Accessories 🔑: The key fob and accessories must remain in the vehicle. Loss of the key fob incurs a $450 replacement fee.

Am I responsible for tolls?
Toll Policy Update (Effective December 3, 2024) Starting December 3, 2024, all guests will be responsible for covering toll charges incurred during their rental. Our Camry is equipped with an NC E-ZPass transponder, which provides seamless toll payments at discounted rates in the states listed below. At the end of your trip, any tolls incurred will be calculated and invoiced to you. Please note that the transponder must remain in the vehicle at all times and should not be removed. The transponder offers discounted rates in the following states: • North Carolina • Delaware • Florida • Georgia • Illinois • Indiana • Kentucky • Maine • Maryland • Massachusetts • Minnesota • New Hampshire • New Jersey • New York • Ohio • Pennsylvania • Rhode Island • Virginia • West Virginia If you have any questions regarding toll charges, feel free to reach out. For the airport, do I pay for parking?
No, we handle all parking fees for airport rentals. You’ll find the parking ticket and a card for payment inside the armrest. Simply use these when exiting the parking lot and keep the receipt for our records. When returning the vehicle, please place the new parking ticket and the card back in the armrest. If the card is lost or stolen, a $25 fee will be invoiced to your trip.

This car has everything — heated (and cooled!) seats, CarPlay, speed and directions on the dash, lane assist cruise control… It was the perfect car for a long drive. Got 43 mpg on a 4+ hr road trip and spent way less on gas than I thought. But the best touch was the personalized water bottle left for me in the car! Thank you — will be renting again.
