You Must have the following: Valid Driver's License Proof Of Valid Car Insurance or Purchase TURO’s Protection Plan Rules: No smoking No off-road travel. No Racing nor aggressive driving. No Out Of State Driving. Returning Vehicle: We follow Turo’s policy for returning the vehicle. You must return the vehicle no more than 30 minutes after the end of your trip. Not doing so will result in a late return fee including over usage and the vehicle will be reported as late. It is your responsibility to please contact us if the vehicle will be returned past the cutoff. When possible we will always attempt to work with you to avoid being charged a late fee and overage. Please contact us immediately inside the Turo app if the vehicle will be returned after the cutoff time specified. Please note: Turo requires guests to return the fuel to pre-trip levels. A fee will be charged when fuel isn't included as an Extra or fuel wasn't returned to pre-trip levels.

Our goal is to never keep you waiting in line, quickly processing your request contactless, fast, and conveniently. When you reserve your trip, all you need is a driver's license, insurance, or TURO’s protection plan. Please always remember to take pictures for your records upon pickup and return. For Check-In: Send Us A Copy Of Your Driver's License, We Complete Check-In. Let us know when you are at the vehicle and send us A selfie of you by the car holding your driver's license. We will unlock the car remotely. The key will be located in a pouch in the armrest compartment. Any required deposits are at the sole discretion of TURO. For Check Out: Please gather all of your belongings. Place the key back in the pouch in the arm compartment and lock the car and exit the vehicle. Again please take photos to document the condition of the car for your protection.
