This is by far the safest, greenest, most silent and fun car to drive, and not to mention FASTEST. Yes, this all-electric luxury car, while saving a ton of money on gas, is also insanely fast, clocking 0 to 60 in under 4 seconds ! - Range of 295 miles on a full charge - AutoPilot - AutoPark - Full glass sunroof - Supercharger enabled (You will have to pay for supercharging) - Universal adapter for non-Tesla charging stations (you will rarely need to use them) - Charging cables for Apple and some other Android Phones provided. - In car video games and other entertainment - Cleaned and Sanitized thoroughly after each trip - Equipped with FastTrack (a transponder that will help you drive through Toll Gates without stopping or through HOV/FastTrack lanes) Please maintain the car and drive it as if it were your very own and bring it back, interior and exterior, in the same condition you received it. If it needs a regular cleaning, don't worry about it. We will take care of that for you. Promotional Offers - - Free Toll charges. We will cover the Toll Charges for your trip. New To Tesla ? Do not worry. We will provide you with a thorough walk through so that you are comfortable driving around in this futuristic car. Throughout the period of your rental, if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you. Battery Charging The car will have a minimum of 50% charge at the time of delivery. Please return the car with the same amount of charge as it was at the time of delivery. If not you will be charged for charging the car along with a convenience fee of $30. If you have purchased the prepaid EV recharge option, you do not have to worry about charging the car prior to return, but please make sure that there is at least 30 miles of range so that we can drive the car to the next supercharger. During the course of your trip, please try to charge the car as soon as the battery charge begins to drop below 20%. Unless absolutely necessary, please charge the battery to a maximum of 90% or less. Charging to 100% is not recommended so as to preserve the longevity of the battery. If the battery charge gets depleted (0%), the vehicle will have to be towed and the battery could also get damaged and this is neither going to be fun nor cheap. You will have to pay for the towing and other costs associated with this. You will always find Tesla superchargers within less than 50 miles throughout California. So, if you follow the navigational instructions on screen, you would rarely end up in such a scenario. Supercharging is quick and easy. A full charge (90%) will give you around 265 miles of range. If this is your first time driving a Tesla, please let me know and I can get you up to speed on how to supercharge the car at a Tesla Supercharging station. You can also charge the car by plugging it into a regular wall outlet or by accessing any public chargers, but the charging at these places may not be as quick as Superchargers. Tesla will charge extra for idle time (car is plugged in even though charging is complete) at Superchargers which will be billed to the renters. Delivery and pick up is free to any address in Pleasanton and Dublin. For other locations please reach out to me for the exact fees. Airport Delivery and Pick Up - Due to traffic restrictions, the car cannot be delivered at the Arrival Gates. So we will park the car at the hourly parking garage for ease of hand over. Guidelines
- Only a Turo approved driver is to drive the car at all times during the time of your rental. - No smoking/vaping/drugs of any kind. A cleaning fee will be applied if we find any evidence of smoking/vaping/drugs. - The renter is financially responsible for any excessive wear and tear caused on the exterior or interior of the car during the rental period. - Please customize and use the Profile created for Turo guest only and not change the settings of other driver profiles. - Please do not disable the mobile access on the car. This helps recover the vehicle in case it gets stolen. If disabled, valet mode will be enabled and the vehicle will be reported stolen to local law enforcement. You will be responsible for all fees incurred as a result of this. - Please drive like a sane person. No reckless driving, off-roading, race tracks, beach driving, excessive speeding or racing allowed. Please keep in mind that this is not an adventure vehicle and is not meant to be driven on sand or rocks - The car is equipped with autopilot, but please pay attention to the road and all the warnings given by the system occasionally. - Turo has a strict insurance policy that ends when your trip ends. If you need more time, please modify the trip and inform us immediately so that the car is covered by insurance. - Cost of lost or damaged key fob is $300, lost or damaged charging adapter/components is $200, Rim Damage is $200 per rim - If you have not purchased the Pre-paid EV recharging option, please be sure to return the car at the same charge level as was provided to you. If not, you will be charged for the difference along with a convenience fee of $25

Is the car registered with FastTrak ? Can I use the Express Lanes ? How about the Tolls ?
Yes, the car is equipped with a Flex FastTrak transponder. You can use the FastTrak lane provided you meet the posted requirements for the number of passengers travelling in the car. You can drive through any Fast Trak lanes when you approach a Toll Booth without stopping. Prior to each drive make sure that you set the toggle switch on the transponder to 1 or 2 or 3+ based on the number of passengers travelling in the car. Once the trip is complete, you will be getting an invoice from Turo within 5-7 business days for the Tolls that were incurred by you during the trip.
Can someone else drive the car I booked on Turo ?
Please contact Turo to add an additional driver for free and make sure that they are verified and approved to drive prior to your rental period
Can I drop off the car earlier than the end time ?
Absolutely. Please reach out to us and we can best try to accommodate your request. It would be great to give us at least a 2 hrs advance notice.
Can I drop off the car at a different location ?
Absolutely. We can arrange for pick up and drop off anywhere in the Bay Area once you purchase the One Way Rental extra. Please contact us and we can discuss your requirements
Should I take the car through a car wash before returning it ?
No, please don't worry about cleaning the car. We will take care of that. Just make sure that it isn't very dirty and would require a deep clean. If that is the case, you will be charged extra for the deep cleaning of the car. Please remember to clear out all the trash from the car before returning it.
I have never driven a Tesla before. What do I need to know ?
Don't worry. After your booking, just reach out to us and we will provide you with all the info that you need to get comfortable driving this Tesla. Throughout the trip if there is something that you need help with, feel free to reach out to us.
Can I park my car at your place during the rental period?
Yes, there is plenty of street parking available. But please note that we will not be liable for any incidents on your vehicle. If you need additional details regarding the street parking, please message us.
