Nycol was an absolutely superb host. The pickup location was very convenient for me, and Nycol was prompt and prepared for when I got there. The car ran perfectly and I had no complaints about it. Any and all unexpected things that came up were addressed quickly and professionally by Nycol. Overall, the host seemed like a very down to earth person and the car was everything I needed for my trip. Would definitely recommend and rent again.
