Carlos was an amazing host. Had really fast response times. Car was freshly washed when I picked it up and got me where I needed to go. Definitely would recommend

I have used Turo two previous times no problem but this third time per the renter for vehicle I was told to cancel my trip. Turo very rude customer service over the phone. They left me on hold 45 minutes hung up on me twice. If you can get a vehicle and dont have to deal with the company Turo you may be okay.
