Please be mindful that you are renting other peoples personal car. Be courteous in using the car. Any damage or car related incident must be reported to Turo/ you host. And most importantly drive safe, and Enjoy!!! Cleanliness: -Please, no smoking inside the vehicle. I will charge $250 to get rid of the smoke odor inside the car. -Please Return the vehicle in same CLEAN condition that it was picked up in. Carwash is necessary. Thank you. DIRTY VEHICLES INSIDE AND OUT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $20 CLEANING FEE Thank you. Enjoy, and have a safe TRIP!

  • Are pets allowed in the car?

    Please understand, there are no pets allowed in the car. Thank you.

  • Can I request for an extension of days to rent.

    If you have the interest of extending more days to rent the car, please notify me as soon as possible to verify availability of car. I will have you make a request of extension if the amount of days you want to request are available.

  • Do I need to refuel the car when returning?

    I will upload a picture and take a note on the level of gas. It is advisable to return the car with the same level of gas as how it was received. However, if you are unable to fill the car with gas for any reason, you can always return the car in any level of gas, but will be requested a reimbursement of gas purchase.

  • Do I need to clean the car when returning?

    I will always have the car neat and clean for all of my valued renters. It is a must to return the car as neat and clean as how it will be initially received. A car wash and a vacuum is a must if the car is dirty. There will be a $20- $30 cleaning fee if the car is returned dirty. There will be a range of $100- $250 charge if there are Stains, spills, pet hairs, and hard to remove dirt.

  • What do I do if I acquire a ticket, or a fine.

    Please be mindful of the streets and parking lots you park the car. Make sure there are no street sweeping on the duration of parking the car in the street. Avoid parking in private Parking lots, no parking section or parking space not designated for the car to avoid ticket, fine and the car getting impound. If you acquire a fine/ ticket, it is your responsibility to pay the fine/ ticket. Please notify me for any fines/ tickets acquired.

  • Is smoking allowed in the car?

    Please understand and respect that there should be no smoking inside the car. A charge of up to $250 if the car is returned smelling smoke/ cigaret

  • I had an accident, what should I do?

    Please make sure you are well, and not injured including the passengers, if there are any. Call 911 if there are any bodily injury. Get the other party's information and take pictures/ document the incident. call Turo, and notify them regarding the accident and get assistance. Phone number/ information will be place in the glove compartment. Please Notify me immediately if there are accidents that occur.

Very clean 2017 Elantra. Has everything you need for any type of commute. Car drives fantastic and does great on mpg. I wouldnt double guess if you need a clean car with not to many restrictions.

I had such a great experience with Jomel. He was extremely helpful and reliable. He dropped off and picked up the car on time. He was very informative about how the car works such as turning on the lights, how to pop open the gas, how to open the trunk, etc. Any questions I had he would answer within minutes! The car was super clean and the gas was full. I received a ticket and he was nice enough to handle it. I would recommend him to anyone who rents from turo, you won’t regret it! Will definitely be using his car again the next time I am in California. Thanks again Jomel!
