PICKUP: Vehicles will be picked up at 2470 Willow Grove Rd, Camden, DE 19934. There is no additional parking on premises and parking your vehicle on site will not be allowed. Most of the time you will meet Jaimie or I to go over the vehicle and expectations. In rare instances, we may elect to do a contactless pickup. This is at host discretion. If we elect to do a contactless pickup, we will contact you beforehand with simple instructions on how to go about that. RE-FUELING:⛽️The vehicle is provided with fuel and should be returned with an equal fuel level. If you don't want to go through the hassle of filling the fuel back up we can take care of that, there will be an additional inconvenience fee of $10 plus the gas invoice. Note: Grade level for fuel can be easily found as the gas tank cover (premium or regular.) MILEAGE: Millage is limited and you will be charged at per mile rate if you go over the allotted miles per the trip. WASH: The Vehicle is expected to be returned in the same condition it was delivered to you. If the vehicle is brought back unreasonably dirty (determined to be made by our Service Director) you will be charged a cleaning fee accordingly. Additionally, a $150 pet fee will be charged if any evidence of the pet's hair is detected upon return. Please be respectful of this policy. NO SMOKING: 🚭⚠️My cars are smoke free. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed. A $250 Smoking fee will be applied to your Turo Reservation if there is any smoke smell. Please be respectful of this policy.
