Very easy and simple process....the host was very courteous and professional, car was clean and ready as promised. Location was easily accessible

The rental was easy. The only thing was there was no windshield fluid in the car and I had to get someone to put a little in for me and the wiper blade on the driver side was bad - made it hard to see in the snow. Other than that, I would rent again.
