The only thing better then Drive Destin’s vehicles is the customer service. Pete made sure all my needs was accommodated and always replied in a timely manor. Will definitely rent again. Thanks x1 million!!

Sorry to say experience was not good. Car was apparently in the shop prior to our rental. He was 45 min late then texted us that he had no idea when it was going to be ready so we went back home. Approximately 2 hours late but he did at least come drop off at my condo. Not much better from there. That afternoon was an alert that 3 of the tires were low on air. Front left tire got to 19 pounds so I had to put air in tires. That night another warning about the front right head light was inoperable. So hard to see we did not go out to dinner the next night. Windows we’re tinted so dark it was hard to see at night. Could not shut the sun roof shade I think that was not working either, but I gave up. A lot of things need to be fixed with this white Mercedes before anyone else should rent car.

The delivery was 15-20 minutes later then agreed upon time. The pictures show a much newer vehicle than the one that we had, not sure if the photos are just old? It did have some of the paint peeling on the roof, rims chipped and several areas that the car had minor damage. We just felt a bit misled by the car that was advertised.
